CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE HÔTEL DU MINISTÈRE

Cancellation policies:

Refundable offers - Reservations may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 3:00 pm (local time) on the day prior to arrival. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged per room booked. Guarantee: A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to issue a pre-authorization to guarantee your reservation. The above-mentioned deposit must correspond to : 1 night for stays of less than 7 nights.

Non-refundable offers - Upon booking, 100% of the reservation will be charged. By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for the total amount as specified in the offer description. In this case, no refund will be made, even in the event of cancellation or reservation not honored. Reservations cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. Guarantee: We require proof of identity and a credit card in the same name as the person making the reservation.

GROUPS: For reservations of more than 6 rooms, the group sales conditions will apply. The hotel's reservations department will submit them to you for approval in order to confirm your reservation. Group sales conditions vary according to the total number of nights and the desired period of stay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Arrival time: 3:00 pm. Departure time: 12:00 pm. Tourist tax: €8.13 per person, per night. Our packages are subject to special conditions.
